The steps to become a medical CARD holder:

2. Choose date & time on Elevate's page
3. Complete sign-up process & submit payment
4. Have your virtual doctor appointment
5. Complete state application (or opt for Elevate to handle this)
6. Shop at Seed once you receive your medical card
